All residential and commercial cleaning services (including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty services) may be subject to written agreements, estimates, or service confirmations.

Service details such as scope of work, pricing, and scheduling will be outlined prior to service.

In the event of any conflict between a signed agreement and these Terms, the service-specific agreement will take precedence.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or outlined in your service agreement.

  • Payment may be required before or upon completion of services

  • Late fees or cancellation fees may apply

  • We reserve the right to suspend or refuse services for unpaid balances

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments due to inaccessible properties may also be subject to fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Secure pets or inform us of any safety concerns

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if needed

  • Communicate any special instructions or areas of concern in advance

Plan: B Cleaning is not responsible for issues resulting from lack of access or undisclosed conditions.

6. Satisfaction & Limitations

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion

  • We may offer a re-clean of the affected area at our discretion

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Items that cannot be safely cleaned

  • Damage caused by improper installation or fragile materials

7. Warranties & Liability

Plan: B Cleaning does not provide implied or expressed warranties unless stated in writing.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by normal cleaning processes on worn or delicate surfaces

  • Issues related to third-party products or materials

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Plan: B Cleaning unless otherwise noted.
